Pros & Cons
Pros
This was recommended by my physical therapist for an easy way to massage sore back and neck muscles. Used for pain therapy as instructed by physical therapist. Bought on pt recommendation for plantar fasciitis stretching.
The colors are nice, and they have a good firmness. They have a kind of plastic/rubber smell to them, but not overpowering. The price is also good.
Cons
cardboard package was unnecessarily wrapped in plastic. Balls inside cardboard were also wrapped in non-recyclable plastic.
Highlights
Quality
My new important self-massage tool for shoulder blades and especially arches
Easy to use and i take them everywhere for stiffness and discomfort.
The balls release tension in my feet.
I have so much trouble trying to self adjust and hit my pressure points.
Price
Love them and can’t beat the prices
And you get 2 balls for the price.
I found these inexpensive balls and just put them against the pressure pints and sit back on them.
They were on sale and i only paid $7 for a pair which is reasonable!
