Packaging/appearance
I remodeled my kitchen and tried to reuse the old model chrome (8 years) of this faucet.
Competitiveness
Not plastic like some other cheaper models.
Great faucet,have had one for 12yrs, no problems at all.
Needed another for a second kitchen,found it on amazon for same price as 12yrs ago.

It was as simple as removing the old faucet unhooking the hoses reinstalling the grohe and reconnecting the hoses

I got my quick disconnect off took the oring out but could not get the check valve out

After all the curved part is not under pressure it is only there to guide the pullout hose for the embedded retractable sprayer

Love this faucet i had one just like it and it lasted 18 years we could have taken it apart and fixed it they still have the parts

If it clogs up clean out the controller its the black and yellow or orange thing under the sink on the line that connects the water line to the faucet pull out line
