I am revising my star rating bnecause i am overall very happy with the faucet and their customer service.
Very high tech, at least for me with the ikd school short kitchen faucet.
Packaging/appearance
So much easier to use and higher up while doing dishes, so the faucet is out of the way.

The prior ladylux started leaking at the faucet head which required the entire pullout be replaced so i decided as the dishwasher in the family to treat myself to the touch operation

If the hose lengths aren’t sufficient you can extend the ones that convert to npt can’t shorten and can’t change hoses between grohe components
