This is a great product we purchased one a while ago and are very happy with the purchase.
So it's very stable on my stove top.
I did not try and use the preseasoning that came with the pan, i instead washed it off and scrubbed with steel wool and soapx.

Seasoned once in the oven then on stovetop usually after every meal
