So overall, i'm satisfied with the product.

The construction quality feels nice on the main chassis but the knobs give a little way and feel cheap.

The build quality of the fan controller is great.

Running the azza genesis 9000 case (black w/red lights) and i have the asus max formula board with the new asus front base.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was great, however, two of the knobs push inward like buttons.

Competitiveness

I was worried that it would look awkward with my 750d corsair case (i bought the fc6 silver lamptron) and it looks great!

Works great, i bought a few 3-pin splitters and have 2 fans per channel hooked up to 3 of the 4 channels.

Tl;dr- i would recommend the cheaper nzxt fan controllers, unless you really want the option to pick a unique color.

Speaking of, unlike my nzxt hue or my dvd drive, there is not a satisfying click noise when you push the fc into it's 5.
