Good quality, i use it about every other day and has lasted.
After dealing with the 8 pin connector, i gave the tool a try on the 24 motherboard connector, it slid the pins out like butter!
Not sure if this is a problem with the corsair rm850 connectors but the tool just doesnt seem to compress the wings well enough.

At first the prongs werent properly spaced and i thought i was going to break it since it wouldnt get on both sides of the pin

The tool does seem to be made well though only if it worked
