After 6 months of gentle use the zipper is already defective. The bag looks very nice and feels sturdy, but does not hold up to daily use. The velcrow which us meant to keep the laptop in position does not work.
I really wish the seller wouldn't ruin what would otherwise be an excellent backpack. Would not buy again. It's to much hassle to return so i'll eat the cost.
The bag stinks. Not newness smell but more like opened cans of sardines!
