Pros

The backpack looks classy and the straps are comfortable. The shoulder straps are cushiony. The padded shoulder straps and back support make carrying heavy loads a breeze.

The bag quality is awesome. Nothing to dislike about this backpack. I definitely see myself probably purchasing another in the future.

Cons

The zipper breaks down in 1-2 years. Vacuum sealed bags create a permanent crease in the backpack. The usb connector on the outside of the case was installed incorrectly.
