Pros

The backpack looks classy and the straps are comfortable. The shoulder straps are cushiony and the handle at the top is. The padded shoulder straps and back support make carrying heavy loads a breeze.

The zipper breaks down in 1-2 years. Vacuum sealed bags create a permanent crease in the backpack. The usb connector on the outside of the case was installed incorrectly.
