Pros

Hoosier is by far the best and most reasonably priced tapioca pearls i've found. They are bigger than the dessert pearls you find in most supermarkets, but smaller than boba (bubble tea pearls) they are in between the size of the very tiny regular tap... Read More

Product tastes good. Love this product. Was are real treat.

Tapioca is the only starch my dog can eat. They take much longer to soften than i expected. Test for it being sqishie sponge not hard any longer.

The double boiler is wonderful for making this custard. In a bowl combine eggs and 4 tablespoons of monkfruit sweetener mix well.

Cons

The recipe for pudding on the bag is silly, the most complicated tapioca pudding i've seen. This item is too small for pudding or bubble tea. They are smaller than a green pea when cooked.

I am disappointed with the product. I feel that this is deceptive. I want to return for a refund.

Temper the eggs by adding a small amount of the hot custard to the egg bowl & immediately whisking.

But they were the cheapest i could find.

Love the pearls, but they seem pricey to me.

There is no recipe for tapioca pudding on or inside the package, so not sure how long to soak them.
