Pros

The only complaint is the placement of the cord connector. It gets very warm very quickly and all over. The heat is even and plenty hot for safe use.

It wraps around your shoulder like a wrap hug. The neck is high in back where i need it, and works especially well if you wrap a neck roll pillow over it while in use.

This is a must have for anyone who suffers from back, shoulder and neck pain. Has a condition called inclusion body myositis (ibm) so the heat helps. I have chronic migraines caused by arthritis in my neck so my neck and shoulders hurt all of the time... Read More
