These are a little expensive for really big hair bungees, but they do work on the right sized garbage can.
If you need a product like this - i would not hesitate to buy with the one exception imo they are a bit expensive.

I only wish they came in a variety pack for my smaller trash bins.
They are the perfect length for my garbage can and for my grill, and i've also used them to close some large boxes.

They aren’t super taut so an undersized bin liner will pull out if heavy items are tossed in it and they don’t settle before hitting the bin bottom
