Now im looking to return itreceive a refund because after using it only a dozen or so times due to inclement weather the handlebars are sliding out easily yet are difficult to get put back in

When in a riding position when slight bit of pressure is put on the handlebars the lock gives way and collapses the handlebar area which again makes it very dangerous to ride for a child let alone an adult which it can accommodate
