My husband and i struggle to get the right angle on the remote and often times look like were doing some weird mating ritual while leaning across one or the other trying to get the remote to connect to the receptor on the fan

While i dont mind the noise it produces its definitely not quiet

Its not as bad if the fan is stationary but the motor that runs the oscillation cranks up the noise

Low speed still lets me feel a little air movement in my bedroom and its not the jet plane noise some reviewers seem to suggest

For what its worth i dont see this model listed on laskos website so it may have been replaced by another model
