My husband and i struggle to get the right angle on the remote and often times look like were doing some weird mating ritual while leaning across one or the other trying to get the remote to connect to the receptor on the fan

I ended up purchasing from amazon warehouse they said the only complaint it was the box was damaged in shipping to previous owner
