Since my 21 y. I cherish and take good care of everything i have, its long lifespan speaks for itself. Good product, however it suffers from a few things and that's understandable seeing as this isn't the most expensive of their products.

It is alot quieter than alot of other fans i have tried out. On level 4 it is very loud, level 1 not as loud, but still kind of louder than would like.

Oscillating comes with the remote. I have an older lasko bladeless (well blades not rotating in the tower itself) tower fan that stopped oscillating. I now have it sitting in the corner and use the remote at the bedside to turn it on.

Lasko tower heater heats up fast and keeps me warm in winter. Used to cool house when had no air and worked nice. Even useful in winter to add a bit a air in a stuffy room. Cools on the highest setting and feels like "air conditioned" air.

The remote is handy to have and is great! There are other similar fans, but this one works brilliantly and the remote works well too. It does feature a timer for automatic shut off.

I hope the company reaches out to try to fix the issue. does not turn on and remote never did work.

It sounds choppy and the air flow doesn't feel constant like all the other tower fans we have. This thing has a poor airflow design. The outlet for air is so small you have to sit exactly in front of it to get air.

It’s quite loud even at the lowest “1” setting as you can hear in the video. Level 1 is fine but you go up and it sounds like a plane landing.
