Pros

Video and pictures are crystal clear. Drone is responsive and resilient.

Extra battery pack was appreciated. Downside is short battery life but it comes with two.

I recommend this to anyone that wants to get a beginner copter. However, this drone is a fantastic beginner drone.

See below in parentheses for my origional review. Though our first unit was a 'dud' - i feel strongly that i can trust a product a product from a company that has such great customer service. You won't be disappointed.

Cons

This quad is very delicate and cheap. Battery life is short, but it comes with two. The biggest complaint i have about this unit is the horrendous battery time. The parts are pathetically cheap.

One of the propellers stop responding and started to smoke. The battery overheated while it was flying. I read, reread and followed the instructions before flying but none of it worked when flying it.

So sturdy and the video quality is amazing.

I’m also really impressed with the quality of the pictures and videos it takes.

Also, since it goes so high, it does not take long for it to go out of contact with the control.

The camera seems to be decent quality but you can’t view video until it’s done flying and hook it into a computer.

The company stands by their product as well as their customers.

I bought this as a starter drone for my 12 year old daughter, i have a 3dr quad drone, so i'm not new to this.
