Pros
Lavazza classy mini is the first pod coffee maker i have owned. Great expresso maker.
Quick setup is fast, getting espresso is as easy as a single press.
It's small yet packs the essential functions. Looks cool on said counter. It seems much louder than the small footprint. The coffee is excellent and the machine does a great job and has a sleeker design than illy's.
Love this machine. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommended. Good luck and enjoy.
Replaced our restaurant commercial one with this gem. Had a question about our machine and contacted the seller directly. Very confident in ordering from them in the future.
Cons
The cup tray is puny. All of the capsule descriptions are very vague. The recipient for used capsules fills of water all the time, and the espresso comes out with powder. This is a major flaw.

Price
This is well worth the price and gets used way more than my coffee machine does now.
If you get it on a great sale: yes, get it.
One day $15 for 36 pods, the next day over $25.
The price is great for what you get.
Shipping
Had one on our cruise ship in italy and had to buy one when we got home.
The package was lost with the ups system and they were willing to make it right without hassle.
Packaging/appearance
Decent amount of water collects in the empty pod bin as other people have mentioned2.
It came nicely packaged, great directions, and it’s small but pretty bulky at the same time.
Competitiveness
The lavazza brand offers a variety of coffee machines for home use, ranging from pod machines to espresso machines.
Have started using this more than our much more expensive super-automatic espresso machine, because it’s so much better.
I have been using it to make brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and it tastes as good, if not better, than starbucks.
And the lavazza pods are actually less expensive than my favorite keurig brand.
