We're coffee hounds and have become spoiled by the quality of lavazza.

I am constantly searching out good quality coffees that don't cost a fortune.

I have tried nearly all the lavazza blends, with the exception of three that i know of.

Then they started messing with the coffees, and they were not the same.

Delicious and a good reasonable price !

Packaging/appearance

I have not seen this blue packaging shown, but i buy this brand at publix.

Competitiveness

No espresso machine so i make it in a mokka pot or a french press.

I would rate it higher than many brands that are in the supermarket.

I've purchased this item at least 20 times for my pour-over astra and it's always a 50/50 proposition.

I used to buy gevalia, nothing but gevalia, and a lot of it!

Then they started messing with the coffees and they were not the same

Oily beans means that my machine stops taking the beans and i get no coffee not right away i get thru about 12 bag and then the machine just stops taking beans in to the hopper if i put a little hand pressure on the top of the pile of beans then this works yet its frustrating

Unfortunately this blend is too variable in quality to even earn a 4
