Pros
Heats and froths milk in no time. Creates a lot of froth in cold frothing mode with semi-skimmed milk. Works for hot chocolate, coffee, matcha latte etc.
Highly recommended machine. Would thoroughly recommend.
Easy to use & clean. Ver easy to clean. Milk never sticks.
Stainless steel jug and disc go in the dishwasher, so cleaning is supremely convenient. The cup is removable which makes it easy to clean.
Cons
What an utter disappointment. No reply from lavazza, unfortunately. Milk everywhere. I hope this review helps save many people lots of time and frustration.
It barely warms the milk and does not froth it. Luke had warm milk that was barely frothed at all. The jug gets piping hot but the body only gets slightly warm.

Can be noisy and the new one is worse than the old one seems to be the impeller rattling around

Wouldn’t have bought a second if not happy and it does get a lot of use
