Perfecto is not a medium roast but a wonderful, smooth rich dark roast you’ll get hooked on! Even when i make it “extra strong”, it’s never bitter - even when drinking it black. Freshness of the espresso grind is the key factor where to purchase.

Crema e gusto is my favorite espresso because of its rich flavor, aroma and lack of acidic kick. Makes great coffee in my stovetop moka pot. Great for espressos, lattes and even americanos.

Tried one bag, enough. This is a non-returnable item so we had to throw away two cans of it that all tasted the same. Date says it was manufactured 5-1-2022 n best by 6-2023. My understanding is this was 4 8 oz containers.
