I blitz her up and the smell is good, the texture is legit, good amount of that good-good bean oil. The chocolate notes are amazing and very forward, the acidity is balanced and mellow on the mouth. Very flavorful and has a wonderful aroma.

It is bitter, burned, frankly, disgusting. This rosa blend has zero taste.

I believe that the beans were improperly roasted. Would like to try another variety of their brand, but am hesitant now since i am stuck with a 2lb bag of inferior beans.
