The elastic bottoms keeps your pant legs from creeping up when you move your legs around in bed. The waistband is not tight and the pants are not tight around my * and thighs.

Super cute, soft and cozy. They feel like heaven and are well made. Material is great. They seem to be really well made and of quality material. They are super cute.

Cons

These are as amazon said a 3rd party seller so the return is a nightmare if you have no printer to print the label for return. Just disappointed all around.
