I'm 6'4 250lbs, and i fit in the chair comfortably, and it's a sturdy design. It isn't super heavy but it is very sturdy. A metric ratchet, sized as close as possible is handy.

Good chair except the screws were not normal sizes not metric not stanard so it was a little difficult to put together
