The loosening probably wouldn’t have happened if the l bracket it came with was supposed to be installed underneath the wooden planks instead of above them

They have responded and said a replacement will be on its way

Also the bed for strength i installed it rested it on top of the l brackets not hanging with screws underneath the brackets
