Pros
Quality, softness, and materials are all great - so if you are just looking for a gel sleep mask, this is a good choice. It is large so the coverage area would probably fit anyone and has an adjustable strap.
Even without freezing or refrigerating the mask, it has a natural cooling effect on my skin. It comes with a plastic zipper bag to place the mask in when cooling in the freezer and a storage pouch for when not in use. It holds its temp really well.

I couldn’t find a way to contact the seller either so i wouldn’t recommend this product.
With the mask plus a a good set of noise cancelling earphones, i fall asleep fast!

Delivered promptly on time in great packaging.
It came in very cute packaging, and it is plush and soft.
The one thing i don’t like about it is the cold pack fits awkwardly in the little pouch.

The coolness in the gel pack for your eyes lasts for about 45 mins if you’ve had it in a freezer for that same amount of time

I move alot in my sleep and this is very soft and comfortable however because its so sleek it slides off when i roll around and tightening it makes it press into my eyes

I wasnt happy trying to squeeze the gel pack into the insert because it was a very tight squeeze

Also noticed the gel beads shift sides when on an angle

I would recommend this as a regular mask but if the gel insert is why youre buying this maybe try one where the beads dont shift
