The speakers are a little bulkier than the previous mask i had. As a side sleeper, i just have to find a comfortable position and then i can sleep fine. The little speakers that are built into the sides are adjustable.

Great product but only lasts 4-6 months. I have one that was better from a different seller for half the price. Now it lasts for about 3 hours. If that's not you, you're better off looking elsewhere.

The speaker earpieces sit on your temples, not where your ears go. The mask is hard to situate on your head to cover your eyes and hear the headphones. No so great for subliminals.
