I didnt over stuff the bag so nothing ripped and the stitches stayed in place

First picture there is a plastic squeeze buckle in the middle of the strap that allows the strap to be undone

Second picture the strap loops through the connector very loosely

I had to thread it a second time over the top to make it secure so that someone couldnt just come along and steal the bag

Third picture there is only one zipper on each pocket so there isnt any real way to lock the pockets closed

Its not a bad bag but if youre traveling its not the most secure either hence the 2star rating for traveling

It can even hold a bottle of water or a small umbrella
