To be completely honest i dont normally use that printer for black text printing as i have a laser printer for all my bw printing needs

I dont know if this style cartridge is supposed to dry up over time but my order history shows i bought the pgblk in august 2019 and the cyan in november

They probably sat in the box for 12 months before i installed them

Recently my printer was missing black but it wasnt even showing the yellow low toner warning symbol you can see the red out of ink warning on a different cartridge but it stills has some to keep printing

I think ive owned this one 2 years and gone through many cartridges and the nozzles have yet to clog
