Pros

I do a lot of printing and this brand always gives me great results at a very reasonable price. Emails are helpful and caring.

Great price. Never disappointed. Shipping is prompt. Will continue to rebuy this brand.

Cons

One-star rating because the ld cartridges simply did not work at all. Two of the four were diagnosed by my printer as defective. New printer firmware was apparently released in march and began rejecting non-hp ink in mid-september 2016.

Tried contacting ld but received no response. Got same error message. This is after i've triple checked the serial/model numbers. A small part had broken off from the original cartridge and was blocking theway of all of the cartridges.

Amazon's practice of disabling a customer's product because they dared to use after-market supplies is just plain wrong. It's past the 30-day window for amazon returns, so i have to hope i can get a refund from ld.
