Quality

I will continue to buy this product it works great with my hp printer easy to install color graphics are clear.

Iv'e used ld ink cartridges for years and had very little issues.

Other than a couple of paper jams the printer and cartridges have worked flawlessly.

At first the printer did not recognize the cartridges and look online and was directed to update firmware and walla they worked.

Price

The colors are ok for home printing but nothing to rave about, but for $30 who cares, i am a happy customer.

Competitiveness

I looked at the other brands offered and while some were a little less expensive decided to stick what worked so well for so many years.

I tried another ink brand that was awful after previously using ld inks.

With the other brand, some pages would print ok, but most pages would be blank or super streaky.

For its first 3 years bought the hp cartridges at costco.
