These can not be beat for the price.
2/5/2018 update: seller gave refund of $23 for the additional 3 lights that failed.
Cheap lights are only a bargain if they work.
At $9/unit, plus the power unit, they're a little pricey, but are a reasonable attractive surface-mount unit.
Shipping
Would rather have had the product work as it should have, but customer service came through to merit a well earned 4 star rating.
The vendor quickly replaced the defective units once they were informed of the failures.
Packaging/appearance
They looked great and provided perfectly fine illumination.
Arrived in 2 boxes of 5 lights each.
Competitiveness
This look much better than products offered by store provided.
Planning on replacement of all units soon with a different brand.
I did not use le recommended power unit after many poor reviews but bought the more expensive waterproof, indoor/outdoor grounded unit.

They start to flicker on and off until they fail completely about a week later
