With the toughened glass lid its super for all sorts of other things but note that the lid makes nasty creaking noises as it heats up

I love my le creuset pans and dishes and this frying pan was a considered purchase as i was getting fed up with cheaper non stick jobbies unwilling to form a reliable working partnership with my rayburn hob
