Pros

It is great for quickly searing tuna. It puts a nice sear and grill marks on your meat, fish, or veggies. Sometimes a gal wants that charcoal flavoring.

Le creuset enameled cast iron cookware is one of the best i've used. The pan gets really hot and holds the heat. The product removes stains on the enamel finish of the cookware.

Cons

I know the brown patina will eventually arrive yet what's on my pan is stuck on burger meat. This grill pan is very hard to get clean.
