Pros & Cons
Pros
Le creuset sells a handle cover which works well. Pricey, but definitely worth the price. Very pricey, but worth every penny.
The le creuset makes a fabulous brown crust that is light and moist in the middle and crispy on the edges. The rounded bottom makes stirring the sauce easy. The only drawback is that it is heavy compared to other pans.
Clean up is a cinch. Comes clean quite easily and there are no little crevices for buildup. I find if i soak the pan in the cleanser for a short while, it is easier to clean.
The perfect size saucer and heats up quickly. The size helps alleviate the stress of the heavier weight of le creuset.
Cons
Although the capacity is listed, it's very easy to ignore it when looking at the pic. That's when i realize the measurement on the product.
