Pros

Game changer. Perfect for soups and stews- gravy and meatballs- whatever. You don't have to worry as much that it scorches or dries out.

Stovetop or in the oven. Unexpectedly, it (just barely) fits into my large cuisinart toaster oven. Smooth perfect ceramic coating.

The 2 qt size is ideal for a single, like me. It is perfect to feed 6.

The pot is well built and looks great. I love that in spite of it being a 7qt pot it is not as heavy as i expected it to be. I like to make big pots of chili and that's what i use these pots for.

The lid fits snugly and it heats evenly as can be. The iron is at a thickness that ensures perfect heat distribution. Heats up quick and safe.

Cons

This product is not usable, not safe, and should not have been sold. The lid has a 24 on top when it should instead have a 22, the diameter in centimeters.

So i had to oil up the chipped places and finally said, "screw it," i'm going to buy a le cruset, damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.

I also have a le creuset skillet and a braiser and they're true workhorses.
