It's responsive and a pleasure to use. Big thank you to le creuset customer service.
Love this stockpot. I love my staub and le creuset cast iron pots but dang they're heavy. The 8 quart size is perfect for chili.
It's mostly made from thin carbon steel with a beautiful glazed coating. Don't overheat it either. Interior is enamel which makes it easier to clean.
