Quality
It is easy to clean and retains heat well on my electric (glass) cooktop.
This is our seventh le creuset pot in 25 years and it is just as well-made as all of the others.
I have yet to find a “hot spot” or experienced uneven cooking (which often happens with my green pan skillets on the same cooktop.
) i knew that the pan did not come with a lid and thought that i would not mind - but it turns out that i did mind.
