Pros
Cast iron is versatile, easy to clean, and so beautiful that i leave it on my stovetop. It fits better on a stovetop and easier to use.
Can be used as a brasier or a skillet. Very versatile addition to my kitchen utensils. Only complaint is that it doesn't have a lid.
The ceramic coating is considered less toxic than other non-stick finishes. Not only is it cookware.
Cons
It has spots of missing enamel. Guess i was duped to pay for the name and color. My lodge and normal cast irons are much better in that regard.

Quality
This pan provides the advantages of cast iron cooking without the cleaning hassles.
Le creuset anything is always such high quality.
I do have a large cast iron skillet, but the handle is long and gets in the way.
After using a few times, eggs slide out of this better than anything other than an extremely seasoned cast iron pan.
Price
I read review after review before making the decision to pay 5 times more for this than any pan i've ever owned.
Including an iron lid would significantly increase the price.
Shipping
I had to wait until my lid arrived to make those!
Packaging/appearance
The seller sold it slightly reduced and indicated the box was lightly damaged, so took the chance.
Competitiveness
It has been a great addition to the other le creuset pans and dutch ovens i own.
I have 11 other le creuset cast iron pieces, but i have used this one no less than 3 times since i purchased it.

Other benefits are the fact that the ceramic coating is considered less toxic than other nonstick finishes plus it creates a barrier that prevents iron from the cast iron from leaching into food which was important to me since extra iron from external sourcespans or supplementstends to give me digestive issues

I have a glass top electric stove and the center of less expensive large pans seems to warp after a lot off use making the heat distribution uneven
