My old one is still in use theres nothing wrong with it save slight staining on the inside base i handed it on only because i got a different colour this almond one in an amazon sale

I did once drop a lid and break a bit off the handle but this should not be an issue with this latest le creuset casserole

I did not think this pot was too heavy at all however it’s a sturdy pot and certainly not for frail people but otherwise ok

The actual name seems to show the underlying metal and is not properly covered in the beautiful orange enamel
