Superb piece of cookware. Works great on stovetop or in the oven. Incredible roast chicken.
Bought mine at their south carolina outlet 20 years ago. Works great, maintains heat evenly, and cleans up nicely.

I love the pan but i am disappointed in the way it was packed at amazon with hardly any packing material consequently it was not properly protected in shipment

The original pot arrived with a chip on one of the handles a replacement was sent right away upon notification and i returned the damaged pot

Le creuset cast iron is virtually nondestructible so i have no idea how amazon managed to mangle this
