Pros

The special enamel coating is unlike any pan i have ever used. The weight of a cast-iron skillet works the best with induction because it vibrates less and makes less noise.

This pan is legit! There is something about the quality of the food that comes out of this pan that is a step above, and borderline magical. If someone complains about this pan, after using it i realize it's literally user error.



Cons

Stay away from this overpriced trash. This just *. What's worse is all this happened after consulting cast iron communities online.

This pan is hot garbage for the price and claims that are made. The heat distribution is the worst i've ever seen.

It sticks food and very hard to remove, not good for searing. Potatoes turn to mush instead of browning. It is impossible to cook anything in either of them without it sticking to the bottom and blackening quickly.

Took stickers off to wash it and noticed that the black shows through the orange on close inspection. For some reason this cooking-surface is porous and grippy, which causes everything to stick to it. It's heavy and hard to clean, though like with the...  Read More

The first lecreuset skillet we bought very recently, is not like this. In short, there was no non-stick capability to this skillet. All the shortcomings of this skillet would be reasonable to deal with if it was mostly quasi non stick like it claims!
