Pros

Allows me to hold the handle of my cast iron while i cook with it. It also fits the handles on my lodge cast iron items.

It does its job with perfection. When used correctly, it works well. Works as advertised.

Cons

The handle is way too loose for le creuset pans. The heavy pan just slips out of it. Oil gets inside it when cooking which makes it even more slippery. No firm grip on the handle.

Not sure. Wasted my money. Got burnt. But in that case.
