Pros

Always good quality and very durable. Even if it took up a good deal of my luggage weight, i am ecstatic that i did. Very pleased with product, performs to my expectation.

Simple grilling complements good ingredients. It is healthier than grilling over a flame as well. It's not as good as the outdoor charcoal grill, but this has some advantages.

The pan cooks the meat perfectly and heats evenly, making perfect steaks. It cooks pork chop better as it leaves more moisture in the meat. Even bacon tastes better grilled on the pan rather than fried in a frying pan.

As with all le creuset items, it also comes in gorgeous colors, and looks nice on display if you want to do that.

To be honest, i don't know how the pan does it, why it is so superior to any other grill option i have tried.
