Pros

Le creuset 10 piece tri-ply stainless steel cookware. Each piece is gorgeous. The weight is just right and it heats up evenly. I am likely to add a non-stick frying pan timmy set in the near future.

    Im not sure how effective it would be on a pan thats been badly overheated or had food burned on but it eliminates the mild rainbow discoloration that i think people are referring to

    I was a bit surprised at the light weight of these pans as i was expecting the usual heaviness that is le creuset

    I did purchase some barkeepers friend though i have yet to use it as the insides of these potspans do tend to tarnish with use
