Pros

It holds 14oz or 12 oz with room not to spill. The size is great too, about 12 oz, which is perfect for an 8 - 12 ounce aero press, drip and/or americano.

This mug is far and away the nicest commercially made mug i've ever seen. We were floored. Nicely made, sturdy.

Cons

The shape at the top makes it prone to spilling. Inside of the cup scratches easily and is very loud when stirring. Too much caffeine=anxiety.

These things practically disintegrate in the dishwasher. Not a good idea with these poorly manufactured mugs. I want a product that doesn't use carcinogenic chemicals in the manufacturing process.

Genuine le creuset otherwise the wife would have left me, perfect and fast delivery good seller.

Packaging/appearance

Unfortunately when i purchased it from amazon it arrived broken into 1 million pieces the result of being very poorly packed.

In general i have found that there are certain places that are not well suited to packaging breakable items, if you get my drift.
