Craftsmanship
Customers rave about the exceptional craftsmanship of Le Creuset's stoneware mugs, with many praising their sturdiness, elegant design, and chip-resistant glazing. The cups' classic shape, large handles, and porosity of less than 1% make them a worthwhile investment for daily use.
Durability
Customers generally have a positive sentiment towards the durability of Le Creuset Stoneware Mugs. They appreciate its resistance to cracking, staining, and odor, as well as its safety features such as being lead and cadmium free. However, some customers have noted that it is not inexpensive and can be fragile if dropped.

The mugs are well-regarded for their classic design, solid construction, and ability to maintain a comfortable temperature for an extended period. However, a few customers have reported issues with the heat retention not meeting their expectations.
Material
Some customers praise the material and appearance of the Le Creuset Stoneware mugs, but others express disappointment due to concerns about lead content and poor packaging that resulted in damaged products upon arrival.
