I like the subdued color changes, its nicely and quietly noticeable on my countertop.

I have had this garlic keeper a few weeks sitting out on the countertop and do not smell garlic at all and the garlic is still very fresh.
Moreover, all of the garlic skins stay contained, and you can easily dump it out.

Expensive le creuset, but we are pleased.

I have found recently that garlic from the grocery store is already on the verge of sprouting so i have taken to getting it from the farmers market and paying a little more but it keeps for quite a while in this vessel

I find the size to be great as you can easily fit multiple heads of garlic 34 depending on size in it without it taking up a lot of counter space

Its not only lovely but it keeps my garlic fresh way longer than the inexpensive garlic keeper ive had for years and broke recently
