White plates scratch with normal use of a knife and fork. What a disappointment. These plates show excessive scratching and marking after just under 2 years of use.

Which is why i needed to buy 4 more, 4 of the old design got chipped in the dishwasher because they would bang against each other.

Although these were slightly different than my others they updated the design and these downt move back and forth as much in the dishwasher so i expect there will be less chipping than the older design
