Works very well on my induction hob however it does take a little longer than you would expect to fully heat up due to the size of the wok and the small base that heat via induction i would assume it would be much better on gas

If you are not looking for a serious well constructed heavy piece of equipment then i would not recommend you go for this as it weighs in at just under 2kgs
